Of course, the Lead App is developed in compliance with DSGVO/GDPR and covers all data protection requirements. The data is transmitted to the system encrypted (SSL) and is available within seconds as export or via synchronization in the API interface.
With the camera of the mobile device (smartphone/tablet) business cards can be photographed and analysed via the integrated OCR recognition. The language analysis of the texts takes place in 27 national languages and is written in the fields provided.
The SIMLEA Lead App can be used offline to record customer contacts. The process of lead entry will not be affected and can continue seamlessly. The business card is also photographed offline and then read out.
